KCA Wealth Management Surpasses Fundraising Goal at Alzheimer's Car Wash Event, Continues to Raise Funds 

Central Pennsylvania financial firm encourages donations to support the Alzheimer's Association's through Aug. 31 

 

Camp Hill, Pa.– July 27, 2021 – KCA Wealth Management, a holistic financial planning firm serving Central Pennsylvania with office locations in Camp Hill, Hershey, and Carlisle, beat its fundraising goal of $8,000 at its annual Wash Out Alzheimer’s with KCA Wealth Management car wash fundraiser. To keep the momentum going, the firm wants to spread the word that it’s continuing to raise funds online until Aug. 31. To donate, click here. All proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

“Alzheimer’s and dementia deaths have increased by 16 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic, making it more important than ever to do our part to help to eradicate this disease,” said Brian Kennedy, founder, and principal of KCA Wealth Management. “It takes a village to make scientific advancements possible, and we’re so proud of the support our local community has shown by helping us surpass our fundraising goal. Since we still have some time left to raise more funds for the Alzheimer’s Association, we’d like to encourage those that want to join the fight against Alzheimer’s to support this good cause.”

So far, KCA Wealth Management has raised $8,236 for the Alzheimer's Association. Pennsylvania Congressman Greg Rothman and local football players from Trinity High School attended the event to help wash cars (PICTURES AVAILABLE). Those waiting for their cars to be washed were entertained with music and water wars, while foodies snacked at the food truck and bake sale. The car wash was part of the annual Alzheimer’s Association’s ‘The Longest Day,’ an observance in which thousands of participants from across the globe come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s during the summer solstice.
